Regenerating Sheffield - West Bar Square

In partnership with local developer Urbo and Sheffield City Council, the partnership plans to deliver a £300 million mixed use destination that is expected to create around 6,000 – 8,000 new jobs as well as supporting Sheffield’s major housing needs, delivering a whole new community with places for people to live and work. Legal & General invested £150m in the first phase of development, the largest single private sector investment deal Sheffield has ever seen.
