The Queen visits The Lexicon in Bracknell
Her Majesty The Queen visited The Lexicon shopping centre in Bracknell to see how the town centre has been regenerated.
The Lexicon represents one of the biggest town centre regenerations in the UK. During the visit, The Queen toured the new development and met town planners, architects, builders and council representatives who had been involved in the Bracknell town development project, before greeting hundreds of well-wishers who had come out to welcome her to Bracknell.
The Lexicon Bracknell was developed by The Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, a 50:50 joint venture between Legal & General Capital and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund, working in partnership with Bracknell Forest Council. It is part of a £768 million investment in the regeneration of Bracknell Forest Borough. Joint agents for The Lexicon Bracknell are CBRE and Lunson Mitchenall.
